The rappers are coming together to continue to further their work within their community.
On Monday the Detroit rappers announced a reunion, not for Bad Meets Evil but for a social justice initiative. “Ryan Royce da 5’9″ Montgomery would be joining the board of the Marshall Mathers Foundation as Director of Community Engagement and Social Justice Initiative.”
In a joint statement Eminem and Royce said, “It’s a question everyone should be asking themselves right now, ‘How Can I do more?'” This is precisely the question of our current social climate.
By joining forces they acknowledge their ability to do more. This is a great example for all of us watching. How can I do more?
