Nipsey’s killer has been officially charged with murder.
Eric Holder, the suspected killer of Nipsey Hussle, made his first appearance in front of a judge on Thursday where he was charged with murder and two additional counts of attempted murder for the other two men that were shot on Sunday.
Holder was also charged with one count of possession of a firearm. He faces life in prison if convicted of these charges.
Holder was captured in Bellflower, California and put in police custody on Tuesday after reportedly attempting to check in to a mental health facility. His bail is set at $7 million and he is currently being held in solitary confinement after members of the Crips have reportedly ordered a hit on him.
